“If you are really wise, you’ll think this over—it’s time you appreciated God’s deep love.” (Psalms 108: 43, the Message)

Let’s be truly wise. Let’s utilize the gift of awareness and inspiration that God has given us, and let’s wake up to our blessings.

Take a moment to set aside all your human judgments of life and self and physicality and come to really appreciate the presence and power of God’s love—God’s deep love, as this translation describes it.

It’s time. It’s always a good time to wake up to the treasure of God’s affection. This Love is deep within us. It gets to the heart of all that we are and all that we do. The Love of God meets our needs because its depth and devotion mean we are never alone. All that God has is ours—His Truth, His Life, His intelligence, His goodness, His joys, His discernment, His energy.

Let’s not put off our gratitude for God’s Love. This divine Love is the Source of all the love there is, all that we can experience and express. Let’s feel and cherish the Love of God consciously. We deserve it and it is plentiful, so let’s receive it and accept it. This is wisdom. This is peace.

“The God Who lives forever is your safe place. His arms are always under you.” (Deuteronomy 33: 27, New Life Version)

It has become quite common to hear talk these days of individuals needing to find and to feel their safe space. People feel that they are vulnerable in certain environments or that they are sensitive to others’ behavior that they believe can harm them.

But we truly are always held in safety, for our God’s arms are always around us—embracing us, as well as under us, keeping us from falling into fear, anger, or despair. We are secure in the awareness that we are all One in God and that His presence is everywhere—completely, consciously, presently. There is no circumstance where we are without God’s caring love, and His Love lives forever in us and with us.

Let’s recognize that we are not at the mercy of situations or of worldly thinking and paranoia. We are in the space of God’s clear vision of things, His awareness of us as His beloved and of the universe under His benevolent, harmonious control.

We are forever safe in God’s omnipresent, yet intimate, Life, Truth, and Love.

“We will show mercy to the poor and not miss an opportunity to do acts of kindness for others, for these are the true sacrifices that delight God’s heart.” (Hebrews 13:16, the Passion Translation)

Let’s willingly and even eagerly make some sacrifices. Let’s be ready to give up a sense of ourselves as all-important, or as needy, or as isolated beings with no purpose beyond our own survival.

We were made of God’s Love, and to feel and utilize this abundant Love is to serve God rightly. All we sacrifice is a false sense of ourselves, one that is stingy or selfish or fearful, based on a merely material view of life and what it has to offer. We have so much to give, and as we sacrifice a belief in limitation—limited time and limited resources—we have glorious and frequent opportunities to do good for our fellowman.

Let’s make it a practice to be merciful toward others. This means that we spend less time holding grudges and being defensive and more time allowing forgiveness and respect and Christly love to be felt and expressed in us. Let’s never miss an opportunity to be kind.

These occasions to bless another are numerous. We can be alert and ready. We can sacrifice a preoccupation with self and be fully occupied with doing the beautiful, constructive, inspiring work of Love.

“And then let the beauty and grace of the Lord—our God—rest upon us and bring success to all we do; yes, bring success to all we do!” (Psalms 90: 17, the Voice)

Amen to beauty and grace! Willingly, humbly, gratefully allow these infinite yet so precise qualities of God to enter your hearts and transform your experience.

God’s perfect and loving actions toward us are pauseless and powerful. His affection and guidance, control and artistry are always at hand to show us how to walk through our lives and to make His glory known through what we do.

We can look to God with trust and eager anticipation. Our success is contingent on God, and this is our joy! For God knows how capable we are, how naturally we reflect His intelligence, strength, and creativity. He is ready to show us what is possible and to bring true success to our lives—to all that we do, whether grand endeavors or daily tasks.

And His beauty and grace are the success that we seek. They define success more than money and accolades. To feel God’s loveliness and active goodness in our activities is true success. We feel contentment when we work with God, in alignment with His intention and reliant on Him. We feel free to flourish naturally and to be eager and ready to utilize more of God’s blessings in the days ahead.

“The Lord says, ‘Do not cling to events of the past or dwell on what happened long ago. Watch for the new thing I am going to do. It is happening already—you can see it now!’” (Isaiah 43: 18-19, Good News Translation)

The Lord is telling us the Truth, providing us with the wisest direction for life.

God is Life and He knows how our lives will best express this quality of Being. To really experience the life that is good, right, peaceful, free, joyous, and satisfying, we can listen to God and do what He says so very clearly in this verse:

Stop clinging to past events, to yesterday’s situations or even to old thinking. The past may seem to want our attention, to demand power over us today. But there is no past in God’s presence, His presentness, and it is only our clinging to it, our holding to the past and focusing on it, that limits our living today and tomorrow.

Instead, we can watch for the new thing. God, infinite Life, always has something fresh to show us, for us to learn and experience. Right now, there are new and progressive joys to discover.

When we stop looking behind us, clinging to yesterday as if it’s all we have, as if it has the answers, we can see the new glories, the new stories, that God is revealing for us today.

“Now, if anyone is enfolded into Christ, he has become an entirely new person. All that is related to the old order has vanished. Behold, everything is fresh and new.” (II Corinthians 5:17, the Passion Translation)

We can walk forward into an embrace that refreshes and renews, loves us into our true and perfect selfhood.

We can awake to the Christ, that true state of Life in God, that is now enfolding us. We can accept that we are one with God, children of Spirit, made to express the fullness and freedom of Love. We can take on our new name, our new identity, the one that is fresh with joy, promise, and peace.

This is in fact our original and genuine identity. The Christ renews our concept, our perspective, revealing what is and always has been true about us. And this feels gloriously new! We feel innocent and ready to live as children, as the offspring of limitless Truth and Love.

The “old order” dissolves easily and naturally in this new revelation. That sense of limited mortal life, with its fears and finiteness, is no longer relevant at all. It doesn’t even make sense. The Christ turns on the light, and all is seen clearly, in its shiny splendor. We sparkle with gratitude and radiate with the Love that washes us clean, makes us new each moment, right now.

“O my soul, come, praise the Eternal with all that is in me—body, emotions, mind, and will—every part of who I am—praise His holy name. O my soul, come, praise the Eternal; sing a song from a grateful heart; sing and never forget all the good He has done.” (Psalms 103: 1-2, the Voice)

Let’s go all in. Let’s eagerly allow ourselves to give ourselves over, heart and soul, in active praise of God, of good. Let’s rejoice that we can do this. In fact, we were made to do it.

For our very being was created to express God’s qualities, His glorious light and life. So, let’s commit to the Truth of ourselves. Let’s refuse to let the world and its deceptions and distractions turn us away from the conscious recognition of goodness and Love in us, with us, for us, and reigning over all.

Let’s remember that we are not isolated persons but a part of a universal chorus, a harmonious All that is orchestrated and conducted by God for the purpose of singing His eternal song. Let’s let go of self and worry, doubt and darkness, and lose ourselves in the music—the rhythmic, melodious, uplifting, invigorating song of God’s majesty, beauty, and grace.

Daily Inspiration, March 19th, 2026

“And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noon day:” (Isaiah 58: 10)

When we do good, we discover true success and satisfaction. When we share God’s light, we live in that light—Love’s light—and our radiance resonates beyond what our mere egos might aspire to.

When we willingly make ourselves available to give, to support, to help those in need, we make natural use of what God has given us. We live like the sons and daughters of God that we are, sharing freely, even eagerly, whatever we feel led to share, in ways that are meaningful to others and that also give us a sense of wellbeing.

Often, we’ll find that if we are feeling in the darkness—confused, weary, unmotivated, self-doubting—the most healing solution is to share with another out of the full heart of love we truly and always have. This brings light to us as we realize that we have much to offer. This giving to others breaks the mesmerism of an unhealthy focus on self. Our self-less actions awake us to and align us with God’s own Love for us and for all.

This naturally makes for a day full of more sunshine. It energizes and inspires us in a way that dissolves our own fears and doubts while blessing others with God’s living and always-available light of Love.

“I will talk to the Father, and he’ll provide you another Friend so that you will always have someone with you. This Friend is the Spirit of Truth.” (John 14: 16-17, The Message)

Jesus did not leave his disciples without help and guidance when he ascended. He let his immediate followers know that they would never be left alone, without comfort, without a presence on which to lean. His assurance was meant for us all—you and me, today.

Jesus revealed the Christ to humanity. He made it clear that this tangible presence of God, felt in the midst of our human worries and wanderings, was the Truth for all time. Jesus gave us the ultimate example of this consciousness through his inspired teachings and healings. Jesus knew that God was always with him, and that this meant he was never friendless, helpless, or alone.

This Truth is for us all. We don’t have the physical man Jesus holding our hands, but we have the Spirit of Truth, that forever-Friend that never lets us go, isn’t hindered by space or time, and is always reliably kind, wise, and powerfully good.

The Spirit of Truth is not an ethereal hope, but a living reality. Let’s recognize this friend, this companion, always with us to open our eyes when we are being duped; to clear our thoughts when we feel confused; to show us love when we are afraid; and to bring us joy and light as we walk through all the days of our lives.

“Now may God, the fountain of hope, fill you to overflowing with uncontainable joy and perfect peace as you trust in him. And may the power of the Holy Spirit continually surround your life with his super-abundance until you radiate with hope!” (Romans 15: 13, the Passion Translation)

Let’s willingly, gratefully receive this beautiful benediction. We all deserve and have a right to feel this pure peace and joy within, bubbling over into our lives.

It may seem at times that we can’t find this fountain of hope. We may feel that our lives are distant from the promised land of happiness and serenity, prosperity and light. But this rich blessing is not reliant on personal circumstances or physical conditions. It proceeds from God, from Spirit, which transcends those limiting beliefs and at the same time embraces humanity in its goodness.

Now, this verse says, we can receive this glorious hope and see it overflow in our lives. It comes through trusting God, good. This radiant super-abundant glory is always ours to enjoy. We discover it and its powerful and healing energy, as we look away from what seems small and dark, and let our hearts openly accept that divine Love is with us, in us, without measure and with persistent, insistent grace.
