“…thou shalt shine forth, thou shalt be as the morning.” (Job 11: 17)

Shine forth! Yes, you! God, the Truth, is telling you what you can do, be, express. God is announcing His promise to you, giving you the good news that divine Life and Love is always providing.

We may feel we are going through a dark night of challenges. We may think that while all is relatively fine, we are not particularly special, or we are getting old, or our lives are not important, or we are not worthy, or we don’t have anything to offer.

But God has the true story. God says you will be as the morning. He reminds us that we were made to shine, because God has formed us to express His own amazing radiance, His beauty, His pure light and uncontainable Life.

The morning is inevitable and it always comes. The morning doesn’t make an effort to come, doesn’t need to prove itself or push, nor can it give up and just not dawn. It is inevitable and natural.

And so it is for you. You will shine forth. You do shine forth, right now, because you have in you the light of God’s Life and the influx and sustaining power of His Love. You are beauty and truth. You are joy and energy. You are God’s holy purpose made known. You are the morning light, coloring the sky with loveliness.

Shine!
