Daily Inspiration, October 16th

clayjar

“We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure. This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves.” (II Corinthians 4: 7, New Living Translation)

Even our vulnerability can be a strength to us. That sense of fragility that the senses would present causes us to discover something much more powerful and reliable, strong and invincible.

The light of Life is in our hearts. This recognition of the divine Love, of the Truth of Life as Spirit and as goodness, wakens us to reality and a higher control, the law of God that governs all with justice and with wisdom. We have the great treasure of this knowledge, and this conscious awareness is our super-power, so to speak.

As we humbly surrender the personal ego and its false judgment of things, we gain strength and certainty, for we are trusting in the Omnipotent All, the always-active presence which is vital and cleansing Spirit and which is healing and saving Love.

Cherish that light that is at the heart of you. Its Source is unquenchable. This enduring spirit is always with you to brighten your path, lighten your load, and to naturally energize your body and your experience as well!
