“Trust [rely on and have confidence] in the Lord and do good; Dwell in the land and feed [securely] on His faithfulness.” (Psalms 37: 3, Amplified Bible)
Abide with God. Let goodness be your intention and at the same time your dwelling place. We can’t pursue kind and good actions with the love and power and honesty needed if we are not aware that we are safe ourselves. As we come to know our own security, we are able to live well and to give well also.
It is about trust. It takes our conscious yielding to God’s faithfulness—an awakened and grateful awareness that He is feeding us daily, hourly, with His ideas, His qualities, His power, His Love. God is trustworthy. He is changeless perfection and fills all space with His presence. This infinite substance that occupies the place where you are is divine Love. You are in a place of plenty!
Relinquish that personal control and look beyond what the senses want to present to you. Spirit transcends the limited testimony and reveals so much more. You are being nurtured right here and right now with all that is fulfilling and sustaining. God’s purpose of Love is unopposed. His resources are yours to lean on and utilize. His strength and His wisdom are guiding you and assuring that you accomplish what He intends.
You are made to be good, to do good, and to feel good. You dwell in God’s land and this is His imperative law of Life and Love!
