“The Lord, who made the earth, who formed it and set it in place, spoke to me. He whose name is the Lord said, ‘Call to me, and I will answer you; I will tell you wonderful and marvelous things that you know nothing about.’” (Jeremiah 33: 2-3, Good New Translation)

The Creator and Keeper of all is ready to tell you the good news. The Almighty invites us, just as He did Jeremiah, to call on Him and hear His answers, feel His presence.

We may try to figure everything out ourselves. We want to analyze our pasts and predict our futures. We want to show our knowledge and control our lives through our own ingenuity and willpower. But we are missing the best way, the inspired way, and the true story of our lives.

God has information that we can’t possibly know. He sees all for He made all. And God isn’t a withholding entity. He is our Father-Mother who calls us to come near Him, to hear what He has to say to us—these “wonderful and marvelous things”—that will make our hearts sing and our lives dance with goodness and joy.

Let’s turn to God and listen earnestly for His guidance. Let’s not get ahead with our own predictions, fears, and outlining. Let’s allow God to share His perfect plan with us, moment by moment, and gratefully receive the richness of His Love.
