“Love is the liberator.” (Science and Health, page 225)

Our freedom of body and mind is contingent on divine Love. And what is loving is also true, for Love and Truth are one, God. So the Truth of Love is what must naturally and necessarily set us free. Only true Love really can free us from anguish, fear, shame, doubt, and any inharmony that would appear in our lives and our bodies.

Let Love release you. Allow nothing unloving to have control over you, to keep you unfairly imprisoned. Resentment, anger, selfishness, competitiveness, envy, fear neglect the presence of divine Love in favor of human will and its deluded self-righteousness. This false and fallible ego is not setting you free. It is tying you in knots. It limits your capacities by attempting to find power in that which is inherently powerless. Only God, Love, has power.

Divine Love is never distant. A belief that it is far from us or that we don’t deserve it, will never make that lie true. Set aside any excuses for being less receptive of Love or less expressive of it, and just let it in. Divine Love is always and actively right where you are, asking you to believe, to accept, to feel its healing presence. Let yourself be loved and let yourself be Love. Be a liberated man or woman! Be free now!
