“Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?” (Malachi 2: 10)

We truly all have one father. God is our Creator and the Parent of us all. We are brothers and sisters, each and every one of us. There is not a single individual who was not born of God, made out of His creativity and love.

Let’s recognize this and cherish our family. Let’s stop thinking and behaving toward one another as if they are strangers and even enemies, and let’s remember that we are all blessed to be God’s own children.

And we can honor our Father-Mother by staying true to Him and His principles. To turn on our brother is to turn against God, to turn against Love, to choose to defy Him Who gave us Life.

Let’s do our best to see God’s face in every one of His children. Let’s remember our oneness with God as the very expression of His Life and His purpose, and let’s treat one another as we would treat our dearest sibling.

This love in thought and deed is our true nature. It can reach others, reminding them that they are also born of Love, made to love and be loved, just as we are.
