“…and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be death; there will no longer be sorrow and anguish, or crying, or pain; for the former order of things has passed away…Behold, I am making all things new.” (Revelation 21: 4-5, Amplified Bible)

Happy New Year! Let’s enter into this day with a feeling of renewal, expectation. Let’s be ready for life to bloom and blossom. Let’s recognize this moment as one in which we can begin to open ourselves up for healing, release, comfort, joy.

For today, as every day, God is expressing every one of His qualities with grace and glory. God’s eternal, timeless, Life demands a freshness, perpetuity, and progress. We can stand in this hour with awareness of the goodness in it. We can look ahead without fear—with hope, with openness to new perspectives. We can expect uplifting and saving ideas and sweet surprises.

This prophesy is not meant only for some latter days. It is a declaration of God’s own nature—Love, Life, Truth, and goodness. God’s affection is ready to free us from pain and sorrow, in this hour. His Spirit is here and now on hand to heal us of our ills and our disappointments and to bring us new vitality and enthusiasm for life.

A Happy New Year to you and to all!
